Optimal Health Care (Optimal HC) is made of healthcare professionals that provide High Quality HEALTH SERVICES within the Western Maryland area.
Through our Home Healthcare Department, we provide compassionate Patient Services to the acutely and chronically ill.
Our program stresses Personalized Care, which tailors to the patient’s needs. We work closely with our patients’ physicians and family members in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care plan for every individual.
This holistic approach in providing healthcare results in a better treatment plan, which in turn provides a greater understanding and support between the patient and his/her family.
We are currently working towards obtaining a license to provide Therapy Services to our homebound patients. Our goal is to be able to provide our patients with physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapy in the comfort of their home.
We also provide Staffing Services to other healthcare facilities, making sure that they get the best-trained nursing staff needed to meet their healthcare needs.
In order to achieve optimal perfection in the services we provide, Optimal HC prides itself in its ability to provide in home training to all its staff members through its Academy Department.
The Employment of quality and qualified staff in our organization is of prime importance not only to us, but also in securing the safety and wellbeing of our clients and the patients in our care.
Our looming Pharmacy will not only help our patients, clients, and the community in associating Chemical Science with Health Science, but will also provide Modern Health Care related services such as drug therapy, clinical services, reviewing medications for safety and efficacy, and providing drug information.
